Do I need to be there?
No. Plenty of estate and rental jobs get handled with a gate code and a photo of what stays. We will send you pictures of the empty space when we finish.
What if the job is bigger than the photo showed?
You get the updated number before anything is loaded, and you can walk away at that point at no cost. We do not start work and hand you a surprise at the end.
